run and roll was started in 2003 for runners in south Florida.  We find cool stuff for all types of runners -- competitors, beginners, walkers, hashers and everyone in between.  We carry the best of the necessities -- asics, adidas, brooks, new balance, saucony, mizuno, pearl izumi.  You'll find everything you need -- shoes, socks, shorts, gu, water bottles, watches, sun glasses -- and more -- low rise shorts, cool tee's, bags, hats, and strollers.  Sometimes we even create our own cool stuff.  You never know what you'll find in our store, and its always changing.
